Our charge on this project was to create a new pedestrian oriented block long re-development, responsive to the historic character and scale of downtown Castle Rock. This three story, 20,000 SF mixed-use retail and office building was phase one of a multi-phased 5-year development project. Traditional street level storefronts with upper story setbacks and balconies are designed with traditional brick and steel materials in a contemporary configuration.
